Replaced silver coin requirement with gold coin from the following items

exclusive avatars to NPC

sockets to NPC Julia

item lock at NPC Julia

Upgrade weapons to Egy B at NPC

Fixes:

Fixed uniques in Survival: Zerks must be charged for the last hit.

Fixed Bandit unique not spawning.

Made "Dusk of Blood" cooldown reset like "Snow" in PvP match event.

Added Advanced B weapon/shield lottery (dropped by Arabian STR and INT with a 50% chance. Lottery every 15 days on Sunday at 10 PM; winners announced).

Increased max tool scroll price to 500 Silk.

Fixed GD bug (sell and buy items from NPC).

Updated HP/MP description to increase by 2500.

Adjustments:

Made traders/thieves wait 10 minutes before selling goods again after the first sale.

Fixed equalizer issue for characters who used the Change Race Scroll.

Increased the price of lottery gold to 300 million.

Fixed Chaos Event title; ensure buff lasts 24 hours. There should be no more than 2 players with the same buff
