Enabled Bandit Fortress War every Saturday 14:00 ServerTime <Reward 2.4k Silk>to Guild Master.   

Added new  CTF Kill Counter, after 380Kills you will recive new rewards. 

Applied some  Client fix for better Perfomance. (under test)  

Delete GP request from Guild Manager NPC scrolls. 

Fixed JinglePaw Fellow pet attack range.

Deleted Skillpoint Scroll from Item Mall.

Added Skillpoint Scroll to Julia NPC.
